Join us for an interactive health and wellbeing breakfast hosted by our new member Tide Medical. Tide Medical supports businesses across the world to work safely, both on land and offshore by providing a range of occupational health services, including offshore wind farm medicals and ENG1, blood tests, driver medicals, vaccinations, health surveillance and screening and first aid training. A focus this year for Tide Medical is to introduce wellbeing medicals and programmes focusing on lifestyle adjustments. Topics covered will include areas such as managing stress and resilience. In addressing the needs and challenges of working in different sectors, the team will provide participants at the breakfast with the tools to support productivity, health, manage stress and promote resilience to ensure wellness in the workplace. The interactive workshop is designed to help people manage internal pressure, providing practical tools and techniques to release tension and build resilience. You will learn to continue providing optimal performance while managing stress levels and focus. Director Dr Amy Kingston will be joined by wellbeing expert and trainer Jackie-Heffer Cooke and nutritional therapist Catherine Jeans. The session will close with a yoga and meditation session and an opportunity to continue networking.
